Teaching mindfulness and compassion to primary school children: a cluster-randomized trial

Introduction: Growing demands on teachers and students lead to an increase of distress on both sides. The aim of this cluster-randomized trial was to assess the efficacy of a teacher-led mindfulness- and compassion-based training in primary school children.
