The long-term evaluation of the Rotherham Social Prescribing Service (2013-21): key findings, implications and critical reflections

The Rotherham Social Prescribing Service has been supporting people with acute long term physical and mental health conditions achieve health and wellbeing outcomes since 2013. This presentation will present key findings from a long term evaluation of the service and provide critical reflections about what these mean for social prescribing and how it is evaluated at different spatial levels moving forward.
