Dr Lorna Duncan
Lorna is a senior research associate at Bristol Medical School, University of Bristol. She graduated in Applied Biology (Coventry University, 1990) and Biochemistry (PhD, Imperial College London, 1995), before qualifying as a teacher and working on a variety of biology and healthcare courses in secondary, further and higher education.
After studying naturopathy (specialism: homoeopathy), Lorna returned to research at the University of Bristol in 2011 with a focus on integrative medicine. She undertook additional training in qualitative techniques and has worked on a variety of studies in the Centre for Academic Primary Care. She is the qualitative researcher on the Mistletoe And Breast cancer (MAB) trial.
